Discover devices and features you can integrate with your POS system.
With Tilby’s POS software, you can monitor inventory in real-time across all stores. You can also easily calculate the food cost of your preparations and always know when to restock products before they run out.
Keep track of your inventory in real-time from any device. You can activate inventory management for all your products or just some, deducting entire units or parts of them, and choosing your preferred unit of measure. This way, you can sell a gourmet pizza or a T-shirt with the same ease.
You can manually perform stock in and stock out operations, searching for products by name or using quick barcode scanning. For each stock in, you can also indicate the purchase price and supplier used. You can perform total or partial inventories as often as you want. Additionally, you can select predefined reasons or enter your own custom notes. Over time, you can view supplier purchases, sales, or other transactions.
Check the stock or variants of a product by scanning its barcode. If you scan the barcode of a red T-shirt size M, you can see the stock of that T-shirt and its variants by size and color. For each product or raw material, you can also set a minimum stock level. When the product quantity falls below this threshold, it will be highlighted with a special indicator at the cash register, so you'll always know if the product needs to be restocked.
Managing your inventory on Tilby is even more comprehensive with multi-warehouse management. You can create new sub-warehouses, assigning specific functions such as setting aside goods for customers or excluding defective items from sales.
When creating an order for a supplier, you can enter items manually or by scanning barcodes. The cash register software helps you generate supplier orders automatically based on the analysis of your habits and low stock settings.
Receive electronic invoices from your suppliers directly at the cash register and keep track of payments. Record their details. You can also search transactions for each individual supplier.
You can deduct inventory based on bills of materials, which essentially correspond to your recipes. Ordered three Margherita pizzas at table ten? Automatically deduct the ingredients used for that dish in a single step! Similarly, you can use the bill of materials to manage the automatic deduction of beverages or wines sold by the glass. Additionally, manage semi-finished products and raw materials simply and effectively.
Use the bill of materials to manage the advance production of recipes as well: for example, you can produce 10 trays of lasagna Bolognese, resulting in 40 portions, deducting all ingredients without errors.
Want even more powerful management? You can connect Tilby with your management software using the existing connectors or by creating one using the APIs.
