Multiple production cycles

Tilby lets you manage different types of restaurants, such as the conventional one with orders taken by the waiters and fast-food restaurants where the ordering process starts from the cashier. You choose your business type, we’ll take care of the rest!

Orders

You can arrange the available dishes in a conveniently organised list, in just a few taps. You can also decide the order in which the courses are prepared and served, so your guests start eating at the same time and they don’t have to wait. You can also request the kitchen staff to have the next course ready to be served as soon as your guests finish eating a dish. On top of that, you can check the time a table has been first served, the name or number of the table, the assigned waiter and the number of seats.

Information and allergens

Tap and hold on a product to get additional information such as its description, ingredients and allergens. You can also display previously uploaded images, so if your guests want to order a Pryanik, you can show them how it looks like.

Variants

You can customise the order of each dish in a few taps, based on the variants you have previously set. For example, you can remove or add ingredients, or change the doneness of a dish. The half-portion option lets you satisfy the palate of your younger guests in just a tap.

Order sharing

Sending orders to the kitchen or bar has never been easier! Install the printers, link the product categories and share the order. Tilby will then send a coffee order to the bar and a first course to the kitchen. If your guest is undecided and wants to change the order, you can only share and print out the new request.

Draft bill

Each waiter can request the bill for a table or you can print a draft bill with a single tap.

Take away and delivery

Takeaway and home delivery have never been easier! Stay on top of them with the integrated functions that also allow you to print the delivery address on the order and receipt.
